~Delayed picture~

Wanted to post this picture with the previous post about Mother's day long time ago but I forgotten where I put the camera cable~again.Memory quite bad these days..Anyway,glad to have found it safely located with my Poddy in the red box :)

Let's see..it was a cake decorating contest at Tropicana City Mall on Mother's Day this year.Second time participating in such contest but we only managed to secure ourselves the consolation placing unlike last year which we won first :***( I remembered we were all given one hour time to complete our challenge and the only materials the organizers gave us were the cake and the cream.So,yeah..my mom sorta 'reshape' the cake from it's original round shape to a heart shape while I did the creams and practically opened all the sweet wrappers while popping them into each other's mouth while we're busy using the knife to smoothen the cream on the cake's surface.It was fun and I love that DIY 'Happy Mother's day sign' which reminded me of those 'badges' which are given out on the stage.Someone,please leave a comment about our cake..thanks :)

After the contest, I was asked to do a short interview about the event and at first I didn't want to because I was told that I will be appearing on the telly.Bless me.But the young lady looked like she's getting a hard time to get people who are willing to be interviewed so..yeah..just giving a helping hand.It was awkward at first when people walked ,stopped and stared at me but I was trying to act cool so yeah..thank goodness it went fine~i guess.

It was my first time experience so it's not so bad after all plus why not just give it a try as such chance don't come around often.

I do not want to do that again.LOL
