Hellooo! *chirps* I'm feeling shooooo happy today because.. I got to walk home under the rain from the bus stop, like FINALLY! :D
The last time it happen was about 10 years ago, where my mom had this huge HUGE transparent plastic bag and my siblings and I would get into the plastic (got us covered really well from head to toe) and walk to my cousin's who are staying a few houses away. Guided by my mom of course who has only one umbrella for herself. I still can remember every single details being in that bag, you can't really see what's happening on the outside because your vision is restricted with with the heavy rain, shoes all cold and wet it's but it's a pretty sight to see how raindrops looks like on top of you, without actually reaching you. Every cars who drove past would slow down. Us, the baby penguins. I could guess what's going on in their mind "What on earth is THAT? Omg.. is that white thing actually moving? Oh wait, I see feet! There're little children in there!!" :O Hahahahahaha Good old times.

As much as I love the rain, I equally enjoy being under the sun! I'd go for marathons, bootcamp, mountain climbing, sports every day, camps you name it if it weren't for my mom who wish to keep me in sight. Hahahahahaha!
But yes, no matter how lovely the sun is, us Asians with our ultra sensitive skin surviving the scorching heat of Malaysia's very own summer, we're no exception to being exposed to harmful UV rays under the hot sun. Air pollution, make ups, and even our indescribable love for spicy food rings up the danger alarm. The last thing we'd want to see is our oily skin raise the white flag before falling into acne breakouts.. and it's just the matter of time before dark spots win the war. *gulp*
What can we do? :(
Do you know that skin breakouts, blackheads and whiteheads are caused by lack of moisture retention in our skin? Our body uses up water faster than we can consume and in order keep the main organs of the body function properly, the skin is the first in line to let go of fluid. Many thanks to Miss Angel* who suggested me to take part in the Bio-essence Tanaka White #Antidarkfighterchallenge. Challengers will need to be present on 3 consecutive event days for skin test analysis, beauty workshop with Taiwan beauty guru Liu-Yen, photo shoot and stand for a chance to be crown Miss Tanaka White! As a part of the challenge, we're given Bio-essence goodies and to use them for 2 weeks straight to see great improvement in our skin. The mini facial care set as above actually lasts me for 2 weeks. Small but mighty! :)

I will now share what I've learnt from the workshop with you beautiful ladies. Before we start, gotta pin up my banks so it doesn't get into the way. Heh. P:

| Step 1. Double Whitening Cleansing Foam |
This fine foam gently removes excess oil, dirt and make-up. It cleanses, whitens and moisturizes skin at the same time. Skin will feel refresh, appears fairer and smoother after washing without any feeling of skin tightness.

| Carefully press the tube gently.. |

| Just the size of a pearl will do! |

| Add a bit water and lather sufficiently until.. |

| ... it becomes bubbly and foamy :") |

| Then gently massage onto moist skin all over face and neck in circular motion. Rinse of throughly and wipe with clean towel. Effective cleaning is about rubbing gently and frequently with your 3rd and 4th fingers. :) |

I have a pretty sensitive skin so it will get itchy and feels tight if I use foamy cleansers but I'm surprised that the Tanaka Cleansing Foam leaves my skin feeling brand new, squirky clean and soft without being too harsh on them. It's a mild cleanser so it is suitable for all types of skin. :)

| Step 2. Double Whitening Clarifying Softener |

| After cleaning, pump a sufficient of softener on your hands or cotton pad. |

As the name goes, it does leaves my face feeling even softer while making my skin feeling even more like a happy sponge. My skin is prepped well for the next step! Hehehe :)

| Step 3. 4X Flawless White Serum |
The most important regime of all!
This amazing beauty potion contains 4 magical ingredients:
Tanaka Extract

| Apply twice a day on clean face. Use the dropper to dispense 1-2 drops of serum and make 5 "dots" on your face. |

What I love about this day cream:
I don't need my bb or cc cream anymore. Okaylah, maybe need to put a bit at the eyebag area because my Acca life is really draining the life out of me. So you have no idea how important it is for me to give my skin the boost it needs. :) Anyway, I love this cream because it's a combination of both moisturizer+makeup base to give my skin the fair, even-toned touch before I head to Uni. Hassle free and saves a lot of my time. Plus, it comes with the SPF20 too! More reasons to linger under the sun already. Hahahahaha :)

Helps to rejuvenate & repair skin cells to improve skin texture as you sleep.
